This personal data is processed

If you are a billing customer, your name, phone number, address and social security number are recorded and stored, as well as your email address if you have opted to receive the invoice by email. If you are a card payment customer, your name, telephone number and email address are recorded and stored.
How your personal data is protected
Your personal data is encrypted and stored on secure servers and is only accessible to people with special access rights. This means that unauthorised persons cannot access your personal data. The encryption ensures that the information is transmitted and stored securely. All monetary transactions take place via a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Personal data is automatically deleted when it is no longer necessary to store it.
